- The above exclusive of set-up decoration, consulate fee and banjar fee at Rp. 3.500.000 if the attendant up to 15 persons, secutity deposit at USD 500.00 (refundable)

The Istana Seasons are defined as follows:
- Low Season:
- January 9th to July 14th (excluding Easter)
- September 16th to December 19th
High Season:
- July 15th to July 31st
- September 1st to September 15th
- March 25th to April 1st 2005 (Easter week)
Peak Season:
- August 1st to August 31st
- December 20th - January 8th (Xmas & New Year period)
- Minimum Stay Requirements:
- Low Season: 2 nights
- High Season: 5 nights
- Peak Season: 10 nights
